I saw a link from @sardire (Steve Ardire) on LinkedIn about the importance of a diverse network (“Why successful people have so many groups of friends“) where (ideally) you sit at the intersection. It got me thinking about my own LinkedIn network and how its constructed, so I went to LinkedIn’s InMaps visualization for a peak. It was kind of interesting seeing the overall network structure, although not hugely surprising. Below is my own network and analysis thereof.
